Due to lack of numbers being booked (single figures) we have made the decision to cancel the coach meet to Richmond on Saturday 21st May. A car meet to Settle will take its place and details will be published shortly.

We have seen very low attendance on these events for the first few months of the year, and those that have run have been run at a financial loss. As a committee, we don't feel that it is constructive or fair on members or our coach company, to continually be cancelling these events the week before.

Therefore in addition we have also made the difficult decision to cancel the June, July, and August Coach Meets.

Attendance on these meets through the summer is usually lower than the rest of the year, therefore we hope to restart coach meets with the trip to Coniston in September.

We will be publishing a series of local meets to replace the cancelled meets throughout the summer.
